Regina's Spektor recently released "All the Rowboats", a sneak peek to her new LP What We Saw From the Cheap Seats, due later in the spring. Although the song begins with a hugely electronic kick in, as usual Spektor's classical roots do not forsake her. The narrative of the capture and trapping of living art is moving, and it's her knack for storytelling that keeps one intrigued, her notes sung slightly skittishly and flawed that adds charm to the track. It will be a true pleasure to see what her album has in store!
